How long does delivery take?

Every poster is printed to order. We prepare the print file the same day, printing and quality control take one to two working days, and delivery usually takes another three to five working days within the EU. Your confirmation email carries the estimate for your own address.

Something is wrong with my order

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply not as it should be, reply to any email we have sent you and tell us what happened — a photo helps. We reprint print defects, always. You do not need to send the original back first.

I need an invoice

Reply to your order confirmation and ask, and we will send one. Include a company name and VAT number if the invoice needs them.

Can I change my address, or cancel?

Reply to your order confirmation as soon as you can. Until printing starts we can still change the delivery address or cancel and refund in full. Because each poster is made to order, the usual 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once printing has begun — but a print defect is always our problem, not yours.
